What We Do
I have spent those years focusing on the practice of criminal law in both State and Federal Courts. I have represented clients accused of virtually every offense, from small traffic violations to theft, assault, and even homicide. I take pride the experience I have gained from the numerous trials I have had and want to put that experience to work for you.
I also have a focused practice in probate of estates. I understand that it is a difficult time when you lose a family member and the added stress of navigating the legal system to carry out their last wishes can be overwhelming. I can help walk you through the process, simplifying what is otherwise complex.
Initial Consultation
I do not charge a fee for our initial meeting. This consultation will let me listen to you and review any relevant documents so that I may understand the nature of your case, assess your legal needs and begin to formulate a strategy to reach our goal.
Attorney's Fees
Fees are based on the nature of the case and the time it will require. These must be determined on a case by case basis.
